What terms apply when you use the GoFlow calculator?
These Terms of Use apply to the GoFlow website, healthcare staffing calculator, live chat and booking page. By using these pages, you agree to use them only for lawful business staffing enquiries.
What does the calculator provide?
The calculator provides an estimate using the assumptions entered on the device. It is not financial, tax, legal, employment or healthcare compliance advice. It does not guarantee cost savings, hiring outcomes, timing, availability or suitability.
Is the result a GoFlow quote?
The optional $26,000 annual comparison reproduces one example currently published on GoFlow's website. It is not a universal rate or quote. Role scope, hours, services, software, equipment, management responsibilities, contracting and any other inclusions or exclusions must be confirmed separately.
Who is responsible for the figures entered?
You are responsible for checking the salary, payroll, benefit, equipment, vacancy, recruiting and management-time assumptions you enter. GoFlow does not verify those figures through the calculator.
What information must not be submitted?
The calculator is intended for authorised representatives evaluating non-clinical business staffing. It may not be used to submit patient data, healthcare records, claim or member information, confidential credentials, payment data, unlawful content or information belonging to another person without authority.
What work is outside the assumed scope?
Clinical, licensed, on-site and patient-facing work is not assumed. Data access, security, employer or contracting responsibilities, supervision, availability and applicable legal obligations must be confirmed for each proposed role and service line.
Can GoFlow change or withdraw these pages?
GoFlow may update, pause or withdraw the calculator, booking page, live chat or supporting content. A separate signed agreement controls any staffing service you later purchase.
